Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation of monthly Management Accounts, Financial Statements, and Reporting packs.
Ensure compliance with IFRS and relevant legislation.
Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis process.
Oversee cash flow management, tax compliance, and audit processes.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Lead and mentor junior finance team members

Experiences & Qualifications

Requirements:

CA(SA) qualification (Essential).
3–5 years’ experience, preferably in the Entertainment / Media / Creative industries (advantageous but not essential).
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and reporting standards.
Proven ability to work in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
