Senior Stock Controller

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple warehouses and production facilities.
• Monitor stock movements and ensure all transactions are accurately captured within the ERP system.
• Manage receiving processes, including imported stock and related documentation.
• Verify stock issued to production and monitor consumption against works orders.
• Conduct monthly stock takes and regular cycle counts.
• Reconcile inventory variances and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory and variance reports for management.
• Monitor stock transfers between warehouses and production areas.
• Ensure dispatch accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Support internal and external inventory audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve stock control processes and reduce stock losses.
