Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full finance function, including a high-performing team
Drive financial strategy, planning, and forecasting aligned to business objectives
Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial governance standards
Take ownership of the audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring clean audit outcomes
Provide strategic insights and financial guidance to the executive team
Enhance financial systems, controls, and processes to support scalability and efficiency
Manage budgeting, cash flow, and financial risk effectively

Experiences & Qualifications

CA(SA) or equivalent qualification
Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role within financial services
Strong team management and leadership capability
Deep understanding of financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance
Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
