Introduction

An exciting opportunity is available for a seasoned Finance Manager to take full ownership of the finance function within a dynamic and fast-paced environment based in Cape Town.

This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional who thrives on accountability, operational excellence, and driving financial performance across the business.

Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee the full finance function, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
Manage cash flow, including weekly forecasting and fund transfers
Review and approve payments, supplier transactions, and journals
Prepare and present monthly management accounts and board reports
Lead budgeting processes and monitor variance analysis
Oversee debtors and creditors, including ageing analysis and reconciliations
Ensure payroll accuracy and approval of monthly submissions
Drive financial compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements
Optimise procurement processes and manage supplier relationships
Lead and support the finance team to achieve performance targets

Experiences & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Finance Management role
Strong working knowledge of financial systems (e.g. SAP)
Proven experience in managing cash flow, reporting, and compliance
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
