We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with strong costing expertise within a manufacturing environment to join a dynamic and fast-paced organisation. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional who understands factory operations, cost control, and financial strategy, and who can add real commercial value to the business.
Oversee full financial management and reporting function
Manage and control product costing, standard costing, and variance analysis
Analyse manufacturing costs, labour, materials, and overheads
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
Monitor stock control, WIP, and inventory valuations
Drive cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Manage audits and statutory requirements
Lead and mentor the finance team
BCom Accounting / Finance degree (CIMA, CA(SA), or similar qualification advantageous)
Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong experience in costing and management accounting
Advanced Excel skills
ERP system experience (Syspro advantageous)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and partner with operations
