Introduction

Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day financial operations of the business.
Prepare and present monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Lead and mentor the finance team.
Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Experiences & Qualifications

BCom Degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a finance/accounting role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/management position.
Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Experience within the entertainment, media, or related industries will be advantageous.
Proficient in accounting systems and MS Excel.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
