Introduction

A well-established company based in Cato Ridge is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join their finance team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
  • Capturing and processing of financial transactions
  • Bank, creditor and debtor reconciliations
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end processes
  • VAT submissions and general compliance
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification in Accounting / Bookkeeping
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ bookkeeping experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software (Zoho)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
