Introduction

Are you a detail-driven Bookkeeper with strong debtors experience? Our dynamic FMCG client is seeking a proactive and reliable individual to join their finance team and take full ownership of the Bookkeeping function up to Trial Balance.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Full bookkeeping function up to Trial Balance
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable
  • Debtors and creditors reconciliations
  • Processing of journals, invoices, and payments
  • VAT submissions and compliance
  • Bank reconciliations and petty cash management
  • Assist with monthly reporting and audit preparation

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Must have completed Matric
  • Minimum 3 years’ bookkeeping experience
  • Previous FMCG experience preferred
