Our client in Bedfordview is seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Complex Billing Manager to lead their billing operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant billing across multiple revenue streams. Manage the full complex billing cycle end-to-end
Oversee billing accuracy, reconciliations, rate structures, and contract compliance
Investigate and resolve complex billing queries and discrepancies
Lead billing staff, provide guidance, and ensure SLA delivery
Work closely with Finance, Ops, and Customer teams to streamline processes
Analyse billing data and produce reporting for management
Drive continuous improvement in billing systems, controls, and workflows
Proven experience in complex or multi-entity billing management
Strong understanding of billing structures, reconciliations, and revenue processes
Advanced Excel skills and strong systems aptitude
Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team
High accuracy, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills
Qualification in Finance, Accounting, or related field advantageous
