Salary: R25 000- R35 000 CTC per month

Introduction

Our client, a well-established company within the FMCG/manufacturing sector, is seeking a strong and detail-driven Creditors Clerk to join their finance team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Full creditors function from invoice processing to payment runs
Processing of high-volume supplier invoices
Matching, batching and coding of invoices
Preparing and processing local & foreign payments
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Resolving supplier queries timeously
Ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures
Assisting with month-end closing

Experiences & Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a full creditors role
Strong reconciliation skills
Experience with foreign payments (advantageous)
High-volume processing background essential
Excellent Excel skills
Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Relevant finance qualification will be advantageous
